Terms of Membership
Last updated: 26 July 2026
These are the terms on which Isaac Mullins Yoga supplies memberships and courses. They are numbered so that each point can be checked and corrected on its own.
1. Scope
These terms cover paid membership of Isaac Mullins Yoga (Library Membership and Full Practice Membership) and one-off course purchases. By taking out a membership or buying a course, you agree to them.
2. What each tier gives you
Library Membership gives you full access to the online practice library and to all courses.
Full Practice Membership gives you everything in Library Membership, plus two live online Hatha Yoga classes with Isaac each week.
Courses can also be bought individually, as a one-off purchase, without taking out a membership.
3. Monthly billing
Membership is billed monthly in advance, on a rolling basis. There is no fixed term and no annual contract: your subscription simply renews each month until you cancel it.
4. Cancelling your membership
You can cancel your membership at any time, from your account.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. You keep access until then, and you are not charged again after that date.
5. Non-payment
If a monthly payment fails, Stripe (our payment processor) automatically retries it over the following days, under its standard retry schedule.
If payment still has not succeeded once those retries are exhausted, your membership is cancelled and your access ends.
6. Price changes
Isaac may change membership prices from time to time. If he does, you will be given notice before any new price applies to you, and you can cancel under clause 4 before then if you do not want to continue at the new price.
7. Recordings
Live classes for Full Practice Membership members are recorded and made available for two weeks afterwards, so you can catch up if you miss a session. Recordings are removed after that.
8. Class times
Isaac aims to run live classes at the times shown on the Membership page, but specific class times are not guaranteed: a class may be moved, rescheduled or occasionally cancelled, for example for illness or holidays.
9. Your right to cancel within 14 days
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you would normally have 14 days to cancel a distance contract for a full refund.
Because membership access and course content are digital content supplied immediately, that right ends as soon as supply begins if you have expressly asked for immediate access and acknowledged that you will lose it - regulation 37 of those Regulations. You are asked to confirm this at checkout, and the wording you agreed to is kept on record.
This is separate from, and does not reduce, your ongoing right to cancel your membership at any time under clause 4.
10. Health disclaimer
Classes, recordings and courses are unsupervised exercise instruction. Isaac cannot see you while you practise and does not know your medical history.
Practise at your own pace and stop if anything hurts. Seek medical advice before starting if you are pregnant, recovering from injury or illness, or have any condition that could be affected by exercise or breathing practices.
